This segment will cover the need for procedures to make the managers job a success. We will go over sample policies & procedures that are needed for day-to-day operation.
Tried and True Recipes (Forms)
This segment will cover a sample packet of forms which we will sell as part of the registration fee. (Forms will be offered in two formats: Basic and Premium Packages)
Cooking Up New Ideas (Marketing)
This segment will cover how to brainstorm to come up with marketing ideas that will fill up apartments. We will cover inexpensive ways to market the apartments.
Stirring Up New Residents (Marketing)
This segment will cover the AFHMP and how to use the required outreach as a tool to find new applicants and residents.
No Half Baked Ideas (Tax Credit)
This segment will be for the communities with tax credits. Designed by our Compliance Department, this segment will cover operational compliance with the current state and federal rules. The certification test will cover critical parts of this session.
Service for a King (Maintenance)
This segment will cover all aspects of maintenance from make readies, work orders, to capital improvements.
Get Out the Good China (Office Management)
In this segment, we want to go over office organization, etc. We will offer a list of how to organize the office and bulletin board and desk in the forms packet which will be included in the fee with registration.
Meat & Potatoes (Basic Regulations)
In this segment, we will go over basic RD regulations regarding every day operations.
Cooking Safely (Fair Housing)
This segment will give an overview of the Federal Fair Housing Laws for everyday practical use on site. The certification test will have a section covering critical parts of this training.
Now You’re Cookin! (Game Show Review)
Complete review of the training before we test for information retention.
Taste Testing (Testing for Information Retention)
Testing to discover information retention and for certification will be optional and cost extra. We will assign credits to be applied to obtaining certification as we develop the programs.
Cooking Tips: A Help Desk service is available for an annual fee. Once you’ve sampled our training, we know you will want more.
