We will cover a sample packet of forms which we will sell as part of the registration fee. (Forms will be offered in two formats: Basic and Premium Packages)

Cooking Up New Ideas (Marketing & Resident Selection)
This class involves how to brainstorm to come up with marketing ideas that will lease up apartments. We will cover inexpensive ways to market the apartments. We also cover the AFHMP and how to use the required outreach as a tool to find new applicants and residents as well as how to apply consistent screening procedure and policies for better results with residents.

We will explore the benefits of an attractive personal appearance, career development, and positive attitudes.

No Half Baked Ideas (Tax Credit)
In Conjunction with Professional Compliance Solutions, we will offer Best Practices for the communities with tax credits. Designed by our Compliance Department, this segment will cover operational compliance with the current state and federal rules. The certification test will cover critical parts of this session.

There is no way around this issue. We must maintain our apartments and SST will give you a complete program of maintenance: Tool, Tips, & Supplies.

Back to the basics, we will go over basic RD regulations found in the 3560 regarding every day operations. This full day course will cover make ready to move in and everything in between. With a 100+-page workbook, we cover Fair Housing, accommodations, income, assets, tenant certification and provide many of the sample forms to make your job easier.

Cooking Safely With Confidence  (Fair Housing)
The program is one of the most important classes we offer. We will give an overview of the Federal Fair Housing Laws for everyday practical use on site.
