RRHAO - 4 Regional Training Programs-
SST will present Back to the Basic's, a review of Rural Develpoment 3560 HB-2, Chapter 6 guidelines for site mangers in four regional locations in Oklahoma again in 2010.

Sweet Success Training will be presenting Fair Housing at the March SWAHMA Conference in Dallas, Texas.
Housing Association of Arkansas February 18, 2010-
Sweet Success Training will be presenting a class for Apartment Maintenance Staff on Fair Housing, and Harassment Laws on February 18th, at the Wyndham Hotel in Little Rock, AR. The course, titled "Don't Get Burned!", covers easy to understand steps to avoid Fair Housing discrimination and sexual harassment claims for apartment maintenance personnel.

PHriday's Group Meeting in Hot Springs, AR - May 21, 2009 - SST will be presenting Fair Housing for the Members of the PHriday's Group.
Rural Rental Housing of Kansas - April 21-23 2009 - SST will be presenting again this year. We'll kick off the conference with a comprehensive look at the Fair Housing laws specifically for the site manager, residents, vendors, and maintenance.
Oklahoma Regional Training Programs
SST will be conducting 4 Regional Training Programs in Oklahoma. This Program is a full day of information designed especially for the Rural Development Site Manager. Covering everything from Marketing, Make Ready to Move in, case studies, rules and regulations, roll playing, and a fast pace review of the HB 2 3560, Chapter 6, this training will be information the manager can utilize immediantly.
