AHAA - "Don't Get burned"
96 Maintenance staff and Site managers attended the "Don't Get Burned" - Fair Housing confidence training program presented by SST in Little Rock, AR, on February 18th. What a great group of folks! The Basics for Site Managers
August 28: SST hosted 15 site managers from Belmont Management Company, Inc. at the beautiful Fort Smith River Front Event Center for a full day of "The Basics", a comprehensive program covering everything from Make Readys, to Move In! Managers were given real life situations to work thru, and lots of Fair Housing, Rural Development Regulations and case study work.

"Cooking up New Ideas for your Leasing Success"
"Cooking up New Ideas for your Leasing Success" was the theme on Friday, May 30th, at the beautiful Fort Smith Event Center on the Arkansas River. We threw out the left overs, cooked up some new recipes, and served up some great ideas. Everyone came with a great attitude and left refreshed, renewed and ready to lease!!! Our thanks to Michelle at GardenWalk of Roland for allowing us to tour and hold leasing demonstrations on site at her community that afternoon.
Missouri CARH Meeting in Lake of the Ozarks, MO
We had a wonderful time at MOCARH! It was nice to visit with friends Anne Stack, Director of Marketing and Education Programs, CARH, astack@carh.org, and Carie Fowler, with Professional Compliance Solutions, LLC, during a meeting break. We enjoyed our time with the association members and look forward to working with them in the near future.
Cinco De Mayo Leasing Class
SST had a wonderful time and received excellent reviews during the Cinco De Mayo Leasing Class held in Arkansas City, Kansas. Everyone really enjoyed the La Hacienda setting! Most everyone said the best part of the class was the on site apartment demonstration. What a great class!
Arkansas NAHRO Meeting
SST attended the Arkansas NAHRO meeting in Fort Smith, Arkansas at the Holiday Inn City Center where we received a very warm welcome and made many new friends. SST looks forward to working with NAHRO members in the future.
Kansas Rural Rental Housing Association Annual Convention
SST attended the Kansas Rural Rental Housing Association Annual Convention in Salina, Kansas. We hosted over 180 attendees for our Maintenance and Mold segment. We also had a wonderful time with Marketing and Fair Housing as we played the Final Answer Game Show. What a great group of people-we love our friends from Kansas!
