Who We Are

Candace Armstrong, Executive President and Director of Training. Candace has over 24 years experience in the housing industry. She was recently featured in an issue of LearningWire, for her utilization of games which train and track the ROI of her training, and in Wall Street Journal Technology report (April 2005).

Ms. Armstrong is also a licensed real estate agent and is the Past President of the Rural Rental Housing Association for Arkansas, Oklahoma and Kansas, where she remains active in the associations as a board member. She is a Certified Trainer, a Shining STAR, and a C10P Tax Credit Certified Professional.

In addition, she is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Leadership program, and Disney Institutes - The Disney Approach to Leadership Excellence program. Candace has taught Fair Housing and other programs at the state level for over 14 years.
